I was very underwhelmed by the quality of the food at Jake’s. It seems like a tourist trap now days. Very disappointing.
Food was astounding.. My daughter & I had the Salmon. My other daughter is a vegetarian and they had a suepring number of options.. just need to ask... Service was impeccable...
Our server was absolutely wonderful. Went over every single special and actually had us change couple things based upon the specials she did a great job

Authentic warmth exudes from the staff and environs at Portland's civic treasure Jake's Famous Crawfish. Waiter Don (Doug?) was relaxed and debonair as he served us with seasoned professionalism. Special thanks to the management for making the anniversary celebration extra-special with personally printed menus and the cordiality of a visit to our table after a small hiccup as we made our way through the bar with characteristic klutziness.
First time here for my wife and I, Jakes has great food and really experienced wait staff! Dinner was excellent and desert was awesome!
Came for the famous clam chowder - and it did not disappoint! Delicious x
