Whenever we are in Portland we always make a dinner appointment here. Great food and friendly service.
Visiting from Texas and needed some great seafood. I know why this place is famous. The oysters were great as was the salmon and halibut with capers. We shared the 3 samplers dessert and all agreed the 3-berry cobbler was the best. With a bottle of wine, app., salad and meal you can plan on spending about $100 pp.
the oysters are the best in town! good variety and always fresh! very nicely paired with a sparkling gardinia! YUMM!
I guess I need to come back and try something else to have a better idea about the food here. Breaded razor clams is a huge no no for me. The service while friendly, wasn’t what you’ll expect at a high end restaurant.
Classic seafood experience in Portland. So delicious and a staff that is on par with high expectations. Thank you for a fantastic mid week lunch. We will be back soon
The muscles steamed in white wine and vinaigrette brother are to die for. The sourdough bread and butter is some of the best free bread I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the classic/marine theme is adorable. I wish Georgia had seafood half as good as this. Defiantly a must try.
