not my favorite this place is dark and dingy and the food is just not very good. The service was excellent which was it's only redeeming quality. If only they had a little better atmosphere.
Good food, but very loud. My wife and I went to Jake's and had their lunch buffet. It was a ton of food and high quality for buffet style eating. The price was a little high for the experience. The food was good, but the restaurant itself was very loud and made it difficult to have a conversation. I would probably go again and give it another chance, but my overal impression was just average.
Outdoor Patio Enjoy the great summer evenings on the patio at Jake's City Grille. What would be a better way to see a sunset, but with the Firecracker shirmp and an ice cold beer.
Best Potatoe dish in town The special the night I was there included a cheesy potatoe dish with smokey Gouda cheese. It was wonderful. Problem is they won't share the recipe. Will most likely have it again and again.

perfect for everybody! – I go to restaurants Very often and I feel that Jake's has something for everybody. They have a great kids menu, yet some amazing and interesting items (lobster tacos in particular) for "foodies" like me. They also have wood-fired pizzas, burgers, and the best wings in town!! The decor and service are unique as well.
