I was eager to try Jake's since it is close to my home. Menu was limited, and the food was sub-par. Prices are also a bit high for the quality. The food had no authentic Mexican flavors, and was very bland. I really miss Lulu's that was in this location before it was turned into Jake's. Sorry, but will not be returning to Jake's.

Troy, we are sorry to hear we left you disappointed. When Lulu's was created it was meant to be an expansion of The Original Crabby Bill's and they had very similar menus. This is why you can still find some of your Lulu's favorites at Crabby Bill's. After 45 minutes of waiting we complained and the staff person at the counter dismissed us by saying "we are going fast as we can" and told us we were being argumentative. We finally received our food an hour after we ordered and then the order was not correct. We live in IRB and loved the old location and service. This was our first time visiting your new location and we brought our out-of-town guests. Your new ordering system is confusing and the service is poor. As you could imagine we are still struggling with the repercussions of COVID-19, we have had to train many new people as staff limitations have been a challenge. Very complicated menu/ burrito was cold in the middle twice and i mean ice cold. The server did not explain how menu worked. And finally very disappointed in the margaritas for the price. Just close before you lose more money. No one helped with the ordering we were 6 people and very confused. Night out should not be stressful

Food is good. Always loved the old location. But to walk in, wait 15 min to move 6 ppl through kiosks to where I can order, and then wait 42 more minutes to finally get a single burrito is just not gonna work for me again.

I'm hooked! The food was excellent, healthy size portions and choices with the best aged Tequila! This place is emaculate! Great service! Solo or Group- and they cater too. Eat inside or outside. Mahi on a Taco! Yes!

We liked it better when it was in the smaller location at the corner. The food was better and more authentic. The mahi in my salad was fishy, there were about 3 minuscule strips of lettuce in it (guess I should’ve ordered extra lettuce in my salad), and the overall quality of our food was very disappointing. I would not go again.

Always a great, filling and inexpensive meal! the food is super fresh, made to order, and I love the endless toppings! The street corn is also an excellent side! Highly recommend!
