Very unprofessional! Was warned about this place after placed my orders for me WEDDING!! Stalled me walking down the aisle bc they were late. (Ceremony and reception in same room) cakes were not what we wanted. After weeks of calling finally spoke to him, thanks to my dad, and then lied to me on the phone!!! Will never use this place again and recommend anyone else to not work with this. There's about 20+ ppl I know now, that have had problems dating back to 5 years ago.

I went to order a 100$ cake for my granddaughter's Birthday ..I spoke to a very nice counter person.I had questions about the cake I wanted to order...He told me let me get the cake guy who can answer you.ok Not only didThe cake Guy not come from the back.I did't order my cake.Why?because the counter person was sent back to take my order????I asked should I come back .he said maybe call?????well I left then called.A nice lady answer!Told her that I was upset.she saud sorry but we are'nt the baker????I thought this was a cake... read more
Just celebrated my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary at Jakes Cakes Banquet Hall this past Saturday. Literally everything from his staff, to his professionalism, to the cleanliness of the hall, to the BEAUTIFUL ACCOMMODATIONS, and....(wait for it)...the truly shockingly gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and absolutely delectable 50th Wedding Anniversary Cake that jake made......everything was dare I say perfect, even the price. From myself and my family, we thank u jake and staff for a fantastic experience.
