My mom got a cake for my babyshower from Jake's first off the cake wasnt cooked all the way, wasnt the size or shape we had ordered, I could have done the decoration at home better then they did. Then the girl at the front had the nerve to ask if it was fine whenever she brought it out to us, like anything could have been done 2 hours before the party. Never will be getting a cake there again, nor will I ever say anything good about my experience with them.
When we picked up the cake it was not what we had ordered. We ordered a sheet cake to feed 30 people. The cake had to be prepaid and was a small round cake and not what we expected. The small round cake was not worth what we paid for it.

Just want to say how "GREAT OF A JOB" these guys( gals) did. In a last minute effort( I basic forgot to order a cake for my child's BDAY)I called & placed an order for Sep 20th( I placed the order the week before). All I told the lady was " use purple, make it girly,& red velvet".. THEY DID A GREAT GREAT JOB & IT WAS VERY GOOD & FRESH. Most important my 11 yro LOVE LOVED IT. I have found a new bakery... I wish YALL many years of bussiness
