The food I had was amazing. I just can't justify spending so much for a meal.
Left cause I couldn't get service
Kingsmen Autoglass had our Friday company lunch at Jake’s Burgers, and it was a hit with the whole crew. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor—those burgers really live up to the hype. Great service, chill atmosphere, and everyone left full and happy. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for taking care of us, Jake’s!
I placed a pickup order over the phone and arrived on time. While I waited, two DoorDash drivers came and picked up their orders without any issue. I stood there for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged, despite clearly being at the counter and waiting patiently. Eventually, I said, “Excuse me, I’m here to pick up my order—[my name],” and the employee responded, “Oh, I thought you were a DoorDasher.” Not only was I ignored, but there was no apology or effort made to correct the situation.
