Bill was amazing! He showed up through Lowe’s for an install for my new toilet. Bill assessed the job and explained to me that I needed a new flange. Bill went and bought one and returned to do the job quickly and thoroughly. Bill was very courteous and cleaned up his work area. Jake and Jim’s Plumbing should be proud of the staff you employ. Bill was awesome! Thanks again!
