Jake gave me an estimate that was better than others that I had received. He came when he said he would. Completed the job in 1 day, including clean up and hauling all of the rubbish off. He arranged for the stump to be ground up as well. He even offered to help with the stump shavings. He was very polite and helpful. Very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company. I have lived in my house for around three years and have used Jake's services twice, most recently for the removal of a very large tree. He arrives with very impressive equipment - namely a huge cherry picker operated by Steve (?) who works without stopping and uses techniques to avoid damaging structures or the rest of the yard. Only got contacted back by this service when I contacted them to see why they had not responded to my calls and written contacts. That was only to complain to me that they were to busy to be bothered with my tree removal estimate or to respond to my queries. I think they write their own reviews. Very disappointed. Great web site. Poor customer service.
