I absolutely love my Jeep, but HATE the “customer service” I have received. The sales associate I worked with was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I got the manager involved, he was absolutely no help what so ever and couldn’t even apologize for my horrible experience. I don’t understand how this place is still in business and how they have a good rating.
