By far the best bakery I have been to. Try the babka, it is the single best pastry I have ever had.
Jake is always so cheerful and friendly, so stopping at his bakery is a treat in more ways than one! His babka is the singular best pastry I have ever tasted in my life, and I'm not exaggerating. I like to bring them into work to share and my coworkers are always astounded by how good they are. My boss described it as, and I quote, "life altering". His cinnamon buns are also incredible, by far the best cinnamon buns I've ever had. But if you have to choose, get the babka- they're a hidden gem!
Great little bakery. Definitely a must visit when in Barrie.
