Jose and his team were great. They came in with the lowest cost for the conversion of our garage to an ADU and did a great job. It took them a while to get started but once they did the pace was quick and we are very happy with the final product. Due to unforeseen complications having to do with our plumbing the final cost was a bit over budget but the communication about it was good. I priced three other contractors and I am glad I went with J.A.K.E. Renovations.
Jose and his team did an exceptional job renovating three of our bathrooms. They were always on time, worked efficiently, and were always respectful and kind. I highly recommend Jose and his team for any future projects and we look forward to working with him again soon!
I had JAKE reinstall a bathroom sink, and they did a great job. Its clear they value work done right, not just completing the project. Jose was easy to work with, and gave me a good price. I will absolutely use JAKE for additional projects and highly recommend them.
They were great to work with. Jose listened and executed the plan, adjusting to minor changes as the installation progressed. Very happy with the workmanship and outcome.
