The lobby was several steps up, as soon as you open the door you have to go up or back out. That is the back door where you park. The lobby itself is so large it could have been built for a bus load of sick people and the chairs would have been quantifiable indeed. Not much reading materials. Near the front entrance sits a small table filled with pamphlets for nursing homes, hospice centers and homecare facilities. That made me feel old! The receptionist was not the friendliest.
