$4000 to change out bathtub taps seems unacceptable. Felt like the plumber was extorting me - unacceptable. Not sure how they have a 4.9 star rating!
My only complaint is that Jake Klassen Plumbing no longer answers their own phone. Calls are forwarded to another plumber that I have no interest in working with! Please stop forwarding your calls!
The service was good. The technician arrived in good time and was able to finish the work quickly. What I didn't appreciate was the way they managed the pricing. Instead of breaking it down by labour and parts, I was offered six different tiers of payment options. These options ranged from a super pricey fix that included a whole system check and a 2 year warranty. We went for the cheapest option that included a 30 day guarantee.
