I just wanted to say that the owner told my neighbor that it would be more affordable for her to have some simple dry rot repair to her overhanging eves done by a repair man than to have a roofing company do it. He was honest and hopefully saved her money. His honesty and advice speaks volumes about his character and the quality business he has. Good job, Jake!!! I don't know him.

Knowing that I would need to replace my roof in a few years, I thought I could have some repairs done in the interim. I contacted Jake & Company for an estimate. They came out, looked at the roof, and told me that they wouldn't be able to guarantee the repairs because the roof really needed to be replaced. I took some time to think it over. Roof leaked after 5 years. Husband didn't realize that there was a 10 year warranty and attempted repair himself. When we realized the leak was in another location and that there was a warranty Jim was such an a-hole about the attempted repair that we told them to pound sand and fixed it ourselves.
