JAKE & CO TO THE RESCUE. My 1953 built home was so neglected and needed professional help. I received a fair estimate, recommendations, and photos of previously completed projects. Throughout the project I was sent photos of the progress being made. This job was more labor intense than expected, and still completed on time. Jake & Co replaced my patio roof, and did a 5-star job. The bid was competitive, the work was done on time, and the end result was excellent. Jake (the owner) was on site with his crew for the entire time, he was open to all my questions, and he and his crew left my property clean and neat. I enjoy watching contractors do their work, and Jake was OK with this. If I need another roof replaced, Jake & Co will be my go-to roofers without a doubt.
I feel great having hired Jake and Co for a recent multifamily roofing project in So Cal. From start to finish, they were easy to reach and great to communicate with. They came up with a detailed and honest quote that addressed materials, costs, and they provided an accurate timeline for completing the project. Contacted, Jim while trying to get quotes for repairing the roof of a home we were looking to purchase. Even though they weren't able to do the repair for our him, he as able to take a look and provide an expert opinion and good recommendations of where I could go. Excellent advice and good ethics.
