Ordered a sausage and shrimp soup that was delicious. Also ordered a shaved prime rib sandwich that with dipping juice and horseradish that was one of the worst I have ever had. The beef was absolutely tasteless, dry, and the dipping juice was no help at all. The horseradish wasn't so good either. I couldn't finish the sandwich. Where is the flavor? This is supposed to be a prime rib sandwich.
I came to Jakes with a large group for my sisters birthday! Everyone from Mgr. Paul to the servers were very attentive and everyone's food and drinks were great!
Delicious food at a reasonable price with a great staff. We tried their burgers and their pizza and both were superbly crafted and exactly to our special orders. I'm glad I was hungry when we got there because it was so good that it might have been painful not to finish a meal that delicious!
