Extremely unprofessional!! Office reeks with food odors when you enter because receptionist staff is sitting there eating as they rudely assist patients. I complained to the office manager (who states she's only there in a temporary capacity) who all but agreed this was unacceptable but, Dr. Jain has no problem with it because this allows his staff to be available at all times as opposed to sitting in a break room away from the front office.
