All went well with my procedures. The only question I have is why Dr. Gaurav Jain did not call me back to discuss the results. In the past I always received such calls from other gastroenterologists.
Every time I make an appointment it gets cancelled.
Will not return my calls or fill my medication! It's been 1 week now that I have been leaving messages.
I was scheduled for a procedure through the Christiana Care Health System. Something came up and I needed to reschedule, so like any other doctor appointment before, I called. I’ve tried for several days with no answer for the option to reschedule (more on that in a few). Today alone, as per the pictures I attached, I tried three times, each time waiting on hold for quite awhile (up to an HOUR!) and never talked to anyone.
