Can't even get in touch with the front office to schedule an appt. Tried multiple times on multiple days. It's pretty pathetic, actually. So pathetic that I'm actually going to look for a different doctor.
Worst physician I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing. Refused to write me a referral to a specialty. Refused to address constant and chronic nerve pain “You’d have to be much worse” -when asked about disabled parking, yet the spine SPECIALIST said I absolutely qualified and gave me the signed application on the spot. Dr Travers listen to me when no one else would and took me serious and ordered test sent referral trying to get to the bottom of what is destroying my organs and body. thank you so much i would recommend him to anyone needing help.
I’m writing as the adult child of a long-time patient. If you or your loved one needs timely follow-up, responsive staff, or reliable coordination of care, especially for older adults, I would urge caution. Over many years, we experienced repeated appointment changes and cancellations, difficulty reaching the office, lack of follow-up on messages and lab results, and poor after-hours access.
