Her admin staff and scheduling staff is abysmal. For a week I' have been trying to schedule an appointment her and he front desk without hearing a single word from me puts me on hold and keeps on hold for 25 minutes and then I lose patience and hang up. I try again after 20 minutes and same thing happens. On that day I must have called their office 10 times, Eventually I left a voicemail and I even asked my wife to leave a voicemail and it’s been over a week and no one has gotten back to us.
She spent as much time as I wanted in discussing a new issue when I couldn't get in to see my primary care physician. Very thorough and excellent at explaining things.
