When I called and spoke with Amy and told her I was embarraresd, terrified of the dentist and needed an urgent appointment, she immediatley calmed me. She made me feel that my feelings were important to Dr. Curtis and the entire staff. Through what ended up to be a total mouth reconstruction of several months and many visits, Dr.Curtis made sure I was relaxed, educated about many options, and pain free. While out to dinner; I lost a filing. I got into see Jamie right away.
Jamie and her staff are the best,i call her office bright and early on a saturday morning because i had a tooth ache, and they came in just for me and took care of it. and they just keep doing evereyhitng it takes to make sure that i am taken care of. Jamie even call me a few days later, prsonaly to make sure i was feeling ok. i would send anyone and everyone i knwo to this one of a kind dentist.
Had my cracked crown removed and replaced in same day appointment which was great. I was even able to watch the process of the crown being made by the computer and machine. The fitting is good, minimal discomfort. I appreciate Dr. Curtis and the staff working with me to clarify and solve an insurance billing problem. Also the fact that they accept Care Credit is a big bonus- especially for major dental work.
