My two biggest complaints are calling the office. Each and every time I have had to call because my child is sick to the point that I feel I need to take her in, I usually arrive to the office before they pick up after keeping me on hold for 10 minutes. This has not happened once nor twice but every time I call. Secondly, when I did arrive with my baby on a Friday afternoon (I was told by their staff to get there at 3:30) I waited for an hour and a hlf to be seen while I was told her doctor was seeing another patient. I love all the doctors in the office. I would recommened to anyone who has children to see this group! The staff is amazing not only knowledgable but very caring! You might have a slight wait even with an appointment but it truely is a small price to pay when your getting treated by the best doctors in town. My opinion is take some reading material or just chat with the girls at the reception area.
I was a patient of Edelstein and know I take my 3 children there. I have seen all the doctors and they have all been great with my children. It is a very busy office and you do have to wait, but not more than any other doctors office in Miami. That is a small price to pay when you are seeing the best!
