I wish I could give this business a 0. The owner is very rude hence why she can’t keep employees locally. After realizing she had over booked and her other client had arrived she started complaining about my service. Oh this is smaller than you said, oh I thought knotless. I visited Jai all the way from Utah back in April for my first time getting braids, and let me tell you - I see why she's rated 5 stars. Jai is very charismatic, gentle with my scalp and delivered results even better than the reference photo that I had given her. It is now June and I STILL get compliments on my hair. She was also extremely efficient and had finished my braids in under 5 hours! I can't wait to schedule my next appointment.
I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for Jai yet. Well, here we go. I’ve been a client of hers since 2018 if I can recall. I moved to Nevada and had no clue that the water would wreck my hair.
