Can highly recommend! I was looking for an engagement ring all over Hobart as my budget was quite limited. While other places I went to tried upselling me or made me feel out of place going into Rai Hai was completely different. I felt way more appreciated and he took time to walk me thru the different options and even had second hand rings. This will definitely be my go to for any future purchases/repairs.

These are great jewellers - their advice was sooo right with my pearls and pendant - they took so much care of my necklace and advised me brilliantly- I thought I knew best and I’m delighted I took their advice - the fitted me properly and the result is amazing. More impressive - it was an inexpensive job and their attention was million dollar - thank you - mums pearls will last for generations.
From the moment we walked in, Jai and the team were warm, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us make some decisions about a ring for a special occasion, and then custom made a beautiful design that was within budget and highly meaningful. Great communication, great service, gorgeous products. We will be back 🙂
Jai and his team are fantastic at taking a concept and turning it into fine jewellery. Great craftsmanship and excellent service. Just get in quick because the order book fills up!
