Jai and his team were so so friendly. We had such speedy service to resize my ring. Just got to Tassie and have to say he’s set the bar high!!
Jai is very experienced, skilled, and talented. I am grateful for his patience with me in finding the perfect stone for my engagement ring. He was very helpful in giving me tips on how to choose it properly, considering the variations of light, and realistic about its appearance when placing it into the ring. He worked in record time to securely place the stone with refined finishing, and I am really impressed!
