I SEE WHY he only has 3.4 stars now. I saw other raving reviews about this so called TOP DOCTOR with awards that made me choose J. Sharifi. He is APATHETIC, UNCONCERNED, ALOOF, and simply uncaring as a 'doctor.' On TOP of that, he doesn't validate for parking. I paid TEN DOLLARS for 1 hour visit? It should have been in and out since I was only there for a CONSULTATION that should have been only 15 minutes. Dr. Sharifi is a great doctor, he is really helpful and clear although the front desk and receptionists are incredibly unhelpful. When I was struggling with my insurance I had to call 3 separate times for them to finally explain and ultimately tell me that my insurance wasn’t accepted there. It seems like they do not understand how to convey information in a efficient way and ended up postponing me finding treatment.
The best ENT doctor! Thank you so much and God bless you. I can’t explain how long my daughter had a problem with her nose. We went to CHLA and ENT doctor said “we don’t know what is this, we are not Gods”. I was broken and tired. Thanks God Dr.Harlow sent us to you! Thanks God! Daste shomo dard nakonad, dr.Sharifi.
