Erick Garcia is a great doctor here, goes above and beyond to help patients
Dr. Sharifi is a great doctor, he is really helpful and clear although the front desk and receptionists are incredibly unhelpful. When I was struggling with my insurance I had to call 3 separate times for them to finally explain and ultimately tell me that my insurance wasn’t accepted there. It seems like they do not understand how to convey information in a efficient way and ended up postponing me finding treatment.
The best ENT doctor! Thank you so much and God bless you. I can’t explain how long my daughter had a problem with her nose. We went to CHLA and ENT doctor said “we don’t know what is this, we are not Gods”. I was broken and tired. Thanks God Dr.Harlow sent us to you! Thanks God! Daste shomo dard nakonad, dr.Sharifi.
The staff is nice but the dr is rude I went in for balance problems n he sent me to do a nasal endoscopy instead of tests for dizziness n balance He told me to walk in a street line n asked. If I was drunk like really ?? So unprofessional I went in for balance problems of course I can’t walk straight !!!! He didn’t sound concern at all !! I had to switch drs !!
