I am absolutely LIVID with this office. My mother has been waiting for 3 MONTHS for a very important appointment. When she called in November 2020 to make the appointment as a new patient, they asked who her insurance was with and proceeded with making the appointment for the first available date which was in January 2021. They did this knowing full well that she is on Railroad Medicare. Dr. Jahagirdar is a wonderful provider who really helped me manage the issues that had been bothering me for years. She was detailed and made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. The staff was also great to work with and they helped me with my surgery.
Dr Jahagirdar and her staff are wonderful. After very unsatisfactory experience with another OBGYN I scheduled an appointment with Dr J. She discussed my postmenopausal bleeding issues and together we decided on a robotically assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy. Gabrielle and Terri helped me with all the presurgery instructions and made me feel comfortable with everything. Surgery was a total success, absolutely no pain or bleeding afterwards. I am a long time patient of Dr. Jahagirdar and her office. I have always been satisfied with my care and treatment from the doctor and her staff. I have never encountered any problems but it amazes me when other patients come in and don't have their paperwork done or fail to bring their insurance cards to a medical appointment. They should not get upset with the staff. The front office should not be blamed for their lack of respect for following the simple rules of the office. Dr. Jahagirdar and staff are AMAZING! She is absolutely the BEST gyno and surgeon. I have been going to Dr. Jahagirdar's office for many years. She actually delivered my son in December 1986. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and always get a prompt return call when I leave a message for the staff. I am always greeted with a smile at the front desk and all of the girls are friendly and pleasant. The doctor and staff are very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this office for all of your OB GYN needs.
