Very unprofessional. My father was a tenant to these guys before. Called to explain that he is no longer on the lease to this woman. This woman was attacking my father repeatedly saying NO, not giving him a chance to speak or listening to his side. All because she could not find the documents or lost it. Personally, I would not want to deal with anyone in this company. Specially, Vanessa Hernandez. The most arrogant, unprofessional and disrespectful human being you can encounter. We performed a commercial job at one of their properties, which, by the way, we haven’t even been paid for, I did what anyone would do, which was drive to their office here in downtown Dallas, only to be told that I had no right to be in the office, didn’t even let me explain myself, treated me like I was some homeless of the street.
