I was in need of a knowledgeable professional HVAC technician due to a heating issue I was having. I found JAH BLESS HVAC/R, Inc. through GOOGLE and was able to get an appointment with MARIO. He attentively listened to my concerns and assured me he would resolve them. He patiently answered all my many questions, explained key features/functions of the boiler and after a few minor adjustments had everything working again. I was experiencing problems with my thermostat and I called JA Bless, and within 30 minutes he visited my house, and installed a new thermostat. I was impressed with his professionalism and he demonstrated good knowledge of his job. I would recommend this guy.

I rarely write reviews for services, but let me tell you about Mario. When I called him about my heating not turning on, he was available to do the service next day at 8 a.m. What I appreciate about Mario is that he’s always available at the earliest convenience. When I called other companies, the first thing they mentioned was the charge. Every time I spoke with Mario, he never brought up the cost beforehand. He shows up, does his job, and only after the work is done does he mention his service fee — which I really respect.... read more
