Prompt. Reliable. Customer centric! I called Jah Bless company after my regular HVAC vendor let me down when temperatures were rising up. I had waited for over a month for an annual service /maintenance appointment, only to have them attempt to cancel an hour before the time, and when I insisted they honor the appointment, they sent someone later that day. Let me start out by saying how grateful I am to have met an honest hvac tech in the middle of a heat wave 🥵 I had a vendor visit , highly recommended vendor , paid $180 for a quick assessment and an expensive recommendation of 9k. I was told I had to replace the entire unit. Jah came in and carefully and patiently assessed the unit. Experienced, speedy, and friendly service. Marrio showed up shortly after we reached out to Jah Bless for help, was quick to assess the problem, and laid out how to proceed with sourcing the part needed. After we got settled, he also showed us how to prevent the issue in the future and what to watch out for to better maintain our furnace.
