I’m a Range Rover fan however I must say, not a fan of all dealerships. This particular dealer will roll out the red carpet for their customers. I’ve purchased multiple cars front them and each time, they still manage to amaze me with their ability to get the exact car I want down to the finest detail and their capabilities in doing so in an extremely prompt fashion. Great service I appreciate the attention to my vehicle
Beware if purchasing an extended warranty ! I’m getting serviced at another Land Rover dealer and they called West Chester regarding the policy I purchased and was told the incorrect policy information- basically a much lower policy that covers hardly anything ( this was twice when speaking to the same person )! Thank goodness the Land Rover dealer I’m working with went the extra mile to call the policy carrier & found in fact the customer knows more than the dealer/ service dept! Terrible service !
