Worst customer service. Booked my service appointment at their dealership. When we reached and inquired about service desk, receptionist was arrogant and directed us to the way. I already informed them about travelling from a distant. They phoned me when my vehicle was ready for pick up, their service hours are until 6:00 pm on their website. Told me they are only open until 5. I managed to drive down reached at 5:05 pm (already informed around 4:50 ish when they called me that i will be there according to my ETA 5:05 pm. )T... read more

I was unaware of anything wrong with my car but Jaguar Victoria found a major fault and fixed it under warranty. My car now outperforms even new cars. The are knowledgeable, courteous and very dedicated towards satisfying customers.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews online but my experience with Mike Barron at Victoria Jaguar Land Rover was sensational and worthy of being shared here. My wife and I developed an urge to look at a used car that Mike had on the lot that we were very excited about.
