I have had both the warranty and post-warranty service done on my 2018 EPace at JLR Tysons since I bought the car. They have always been easy to book service with, easy to work with, and effective in the work they've done on my car - I have not had any need for "do-overs". All-in-all, JLR Tysons service has provided the kind of exemplary service experience that one would expect of a Jaguar dealer.
Craig Faunce sold me a good car at a good price. I spent two months shopping, and must've looked at 30 maintenance reports and a dozen used Jaguars before buying it, and there were no better deals available from any dealers within 60 miles for that model. There were many deals that looked better on paper, but didn't pan out on close inspection of the car. I’d recommend being cautious with this dealership due to some communication and follow‑through issues we experienced. First, the finance department refused to accept a check for our purchase, even though we had confirmed ahead of time that checks were acceptable and were specifically asked to bring our checkbook. When we sat down with finance, they declined the check and required a wire transfer instead, which meant an unexpected trip to the bank. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. It has been over five months since we purchased our vehicle, and we still do not have our permanent tags. We have been given multiple temporary tags, and now we’re being told they can no longer issue any more. On top of that, we were just informed that we now owe an additional $321 because Delaware sales tax has increased in the meantime — something that is completely out of our control and should have been handled properly when the vehicle was purchased. Tommy R. in service is outstanding. The dealership moved to a new service appointment system that caused an issue with my scheduled maintenance appointment. Tommy jumped right in and got me scheduled and taken care of. He is very knowledgable about the cars they service (Jaguar in my case), and gave me helpful answers to my questions. I choose to drive from Maryland to get my car serviced here (there are closer options) because of the great customer service from Tommy and the team.
