This is the 2nd bad experience I had with this particular dealership. It was so bad the first time that I was given a free oil change. It was even worse this time. I had appointments both times and still ended up waiting 5 - 6 hours for an oil change. I had no idea that the staff took a break from 12-1 PM. I was told at 11:45 that it should be another 30 mins. After an hour I checked and was told about break time. I was in at 9:10 am and out at 2:00 pm. I wouldn't recommend this location if you have other options.
Great customer focused service!
Terrible service, stay away. Alex is the worst. She lies and you get a surprise bill afterward. The manager Steve is not that receptive. Jaguar quality is also terrible. 2.5K for transmission wheel replacement.
