Dr. Salesman quoted a price on the phone for a used vehicle, so I placed a deposit to hold the car. When I arrived, I test drove the car and was satisfied. They then kept me waiting in the showroom a lengthy period of time, after which the sales manager came out and said that he wanted more for the car. He told me that he was at lunch 3 days ago when the salesman quoted the price and he was not authorized to offer that price. I even have an email with the scrren shot of the quote. They didn't care. Great Place to Buy Your Jaguar Rosenthal Jaguar has been servicing my 2005 Jaguar XJ since I bought it new from this dealer. The entire experience has been great. The place is beautifully designed and the customer friendly. See this dealer before you buy.
great people!! Great service department!! Had my kids with me and i was worried they were going to be bored and get into trouble. But they Had a big waiting area where my boys watched tv and were entertained. I had my car serviced in no time and while i waited I had some coffee and snacks. It was a pleasant experience, car looked great and they had the work done in no time. Rosenthal Jaguar really did impress me.
Theresa This place is the pits! The salesmen are slick, the service techs are liers and I can really see why this place was burned down a few years ago. It's awful how they treat their customers. Even the ladies at the front desk are terrible and lie for the service techs. Whatever you do - don't take your car to Rosenthol for a repair, they need to be sued and they give Jaguar a bad name. I am going to sell my car and never go back there again! Even the cars they sell are a bunch of LEMONS.
Stay Away from Rosenthal Jaguar at Tysons Corner I took my car for an oil change and evaluation at this dealer. I was surprised at the false assessment of my vehicle by the service personal. I was told I had a leaking heater valve which will cost $800 to replace. They pursuaded me not to drive the car off the lot since the engine could over heat. Jaguar Service Wonderful treatment at Rosenthal Jaguar. People are very attentive and fullfilled my requests. The dealership has just gone through a complete makeover and it makes waiting there very comfortable. Did not care for the old facility much.
Rosenthal Jaguar is professional The Guys really worked pretty hard to get me a deal!! Took care of me with a car to drive until they got my Jag in and Service Knew the car in and out! I was very impressed that they did not even attempt to push me into getting more things fixed on my car. - Great customer understanding!! I live 2 hours away from this dealer and they took care of me way better than the local dealers!
