Both Michael Eubanks & Becky Douin did a fantastic job getting my Jaguar fixed up for me; it had a fairly-difficult issue with the electrical system for quite a while, they kept at it until they felt confident with the integrity of the repair(s) performed, they also took care of an older outstanding Recall on the vehicle while they had it there, Thank You! This was my first time using their Service-Department and I had a great experience overall; I'd highly-recommend them.
Griffin Stauffer responded to my internet query and from start to finish made my experience an exceptional one! Today’s global reach left me speaking with a dealership that was 200 miles away from my home. Dealing with cancer and treatment has left me unable to travel too far from my home, so logistics of getting my car to me for delivery was a huge concern.
