Terrible experience with this dealership. I paid cash for a car to be shipped overseas. To ship it, I needed the title. They promised me that I would get the title in five days, but it’s been three weeks since I got the car and there is still no title. Some of the staff are saying that the title was shipped, while someone else is saying there was an issue with the bank from a previous lease. Beware of this dealership. The Sale Department here is the WORST! The attached over $10k is Service Contracts to my purchase. When I confronted them about the issue, they promised to cancel the services and refund the amounts. Nothing has been done to date. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
