Smooth appointment-making and service experience. Made appt online and selected "any advisor" + "loaner car" and got an appointment quickly. Check in and loaner were seamless. Text updates work well. I think they were a little understaffed the day I picked up and it took a while to get my car pulled up, but other than that, a positive experience.
The routine service experience was professional and caring. The service adviser Tom was very helpful and timely. Actually, they did more than expected. I had a small scrape on the exterior and mentioned that I had insurance for such and would look at my contract to have such fixed another time by the carrier. When I picked up the car the scrape was gone. They simply were able to remove the marks. The car came back clean and on time.
