Terrible service - no one is accountable and everyone seems to be OoO all the time
I would recommend Jaguar Purrformance in Los Gatos before the Jaguar Dealership.
When I took my Jaguar F-Type in for service, Ruben was professional and gave a first rate customer service experience. He explained all the service options clearly wand was never pushy.
