Gabriel is awasome
I had my Jaguar serviced at Jaguar San Diego on 10/23/25 and was very pleased with their service and facilities. I like to wait for my car rather than leaving it and returning later and they had it ready in less than two hours. They were definately more efficient than my experience last year at Jaguar Carlsbad.
Lack of communication, incorrect charges added to the financing agreement, and they don't follow through on what they say they'll do. Also, don't use their "trusted" delivery third party service. Just do your own research. They're not predatory per se, but more like 3 degrees away from it. So thoroughly inspect everything and make them put everything in writing. Don't be trusting.
Chris always goes above and beyond to help me when I have an issue with my car. I am so very grateful for his help.
Amazing experience with these guys, especially Joel, my service advisor! He was so polite and considerate and answered all my questions. Got a courtesy ride to how so I don’t have to wait at the service. They washed my car too. Their lounge is nice too with coffee, magazines, TV. Overall highly recommend.
