Lack of communication, incorrect charges added to the financing agreement, and they don't follow through on what they say they'll do. Also, don't use their "trusted" delivery third party service. Just do your own research. They're not predatory per se, but more like 3 degrees away from it. So thoroughly inspect everything and make them put everything in writing. Don't be trusting.

Amazing experience with these guys, especially Joel, my service advisor! He was so polite and considerate and answered all my questions. Got a courtesy ride to how so I don’t have to wait at the service. They washed my car too. Their lounge is nice too with coffee, magazines, TV. Overall highly recommend.
Two months the at the shop, problem not fixed, and the costs quoted were 60% higher than another certified shop in the area.
