Quite disappointing of an experience and I hope this serves as a fair warning if you are thinking of taking your car in for a service, even if it has a CPO warranty ! I bought a 2020 RR Sport with CPO warranty from Palm Springs (CPO'd by RR Rancho Mirage), and brought it in because of two issues - there was a low drone type noise upon starting the car and wont go away and the display showed signs of forward collision warning and hill descent system malfunction - I was concerned about the safety of driving the car so thought ... read more
