I recently brought my vehicle into Jaguar of Novi's service department. I have always been impressed by how well they take care of me, and the quality of their work. I had a really good first experience taking my Jaguar XK to the Novi location. I’d been going elsewhere before, but came here for routine maintenance and to check on a concerning fluid leak. Johnny was great—he explained the diagnostic process clearly and called me with the results and options. Thankfully it wasn’t anything major. I took delivery of my 2025 Range Rover Sport Autobiography on Thursday. Tony Malouf and Lenore Parvu were instrumental in locating and procuring the car from New Jersey. They kept me in the loop during the entire process. A very helpful and considerate duo! Robbe Ghanem completed the purchase as finance manager expertly. If you are considering a Jaguar or Land Rover, don't hesitate to pay them a visit!
