Went in to test drive a vehicle. It was nice, but dirty on the inside because it wasn't ready yet. I didn't mind, but why post a vehicle online and have a customer come in for a test drive if it's not ready? I had a trade in and was offered an insane low-ball offer (50% lower than KBB trade in value). However, I was still interested and wanted to work with them. RIP OFF. I have owned range rovers since they were imported in the 80's. Never have I delt with more of a rip off than this place. They charge to tell you any issues, and told us on my 16 lr4 that we had to do $11K worth of work to make it safe. None of it was required or needed. They said we had to change the oil. It was just done. They missed the engine belts, which I know need to change. Go anywhere else. Ridiculous. They treat rover owners like ATM machines before Venmo.
I like because they wash your car after every service and comes out looking shiny like a brand new car in their show room
I love my car!
