Overall, average service and good timeliness. Very disappointed in the outcome of one of my requests for a service exception. They are not advocates for the customer as soon as you clock a mile past warranty. An item that is clearly tied to a manufactured defect was technically not covered in a recall. Really disappointed by the effort and the outcome. I will not be returning or buying my next Land Rover from Sewell.
My experience buying a car from Sewell was fantastic. Justen made everything so easy and streamlined, couldn’t imagine a better place to have bought a car from. Highly recommend. Ask for Justen!! He’s the goat.
While I did not buy a car here, my experience working with Fabricio warrants a positive review. Over the past few weeks I've been looking for the right Defender to purchase. Living behind this dealership, I decided to pop in and see what they had on the lot. There are not enough words to describe my great experience with Justin at Sewell Land Rover Austin! My daughter and I had gone to Austin Land Rover to buy a car but could not get anyone’s undivided attention in helping us or taking us seriously. We headed to Sewell and that’s where we met Justin. Worked with Bob Liberty on a beautiful pre-owned Lexus. He made the buying process super simple and was a pleasure to work with. Even helped locate a lost title. Very responsive and detail oriented. Highly recommend!
