Purchase experience was not bad but the service department is the worst that I have ever seen. Customer service after your purchase is terrible. Manager blatantly lied to me about the details of the after purchase service agreement. Had to pay for the first routine service that should have been free. Will never go back there for service again and will certainly never buy from them again.
Okay ,Drew and the other employees there are great ,the dealership itself is the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. Because of their policy they refuse to honor a factory warranty part on my Jaguar F-Type "still in warranty"and on another Jauguar XJL they refuse to honor a extended warranty ,had to go to Memphis Jaguar for help on both deals.

I have been dealing with Jaguar Jackson since November 2023. I live over 2 hours away and Jackson is the nearest location. I took my vehicle in for 65,000 miles service and less than a week I was having issues. I wasn't having any issues prior to the service. After numerous calls as no one answers the phone once you are transferred to the service department, I finally got an appointment in December 2023. My experience was horrible! They would never give any updates! It took them 6-8 months to get the back of my jaguar fixed! I just stopped calling them because, they never are ready!
