Took my 2017 XF in to diagnose a cooling fan problem. Need a new fan assembly with fan control unit. I'll fit a new one myself. The tech gave me detailed advice on how to do this, and on another job I plan to do as preventative maintenance. Very much appreciated. I used the free shuttle service. Staff were friendly and helpful, as always.
Had motor for AC fan replaced and replaced cup holder unit in console. Pleased.
