Asked the parts department for a rare, hard to find item. They located the part and charged me a pair price. The service department only works on new Jaguars. If they can't plug in their computer to tell the mechanics what's wrong, they won't touch the car.
My experience with Jaguar Huntsville deserves a 10!!! They were quick, thorough and so pleasant! Michelle is the absolute best! She spoke to my warranty people and took care of everything and I basically didn't have to do anything!
The crew at Jaguar Huntsville are the best. I was greeted by Ron and Terry took care of every detail I look forward to a long, healthy, relationship with Jaguar Huntsville! UPDATE: since buying my Jaguar, my services were terminated despite 4 preventative attempts to stop it. Terry, Ron, George, and Tracy all ignored my texts and emails. I reached out to corporate and more than 5 weeks later, they say it’s fixed. Basic MO appears to be “get their money, then ignore them”.
Michelle in the Service Dept was wonderful. I enjoyed working with her. Their mechanics are top notch as well.
