Had a great experience
I had a scheduled appointment and still had to wait almost five hours for my vehicle. Also they wouldn’t budge tho or the 10% coupon I mistakenly left it home asked if I could call right back and get the discount and was told no.
Communication is always very good and service is always quick and efficient with the car be completed when promised. Our service advisor Carrie always keeps us updated and genuinely addresses our questions and concerns.
My husband and I just bought a used Volkswagen from Jaguar Land Rover Honolulu from Eric. He was amazing. We got off work late and he stayed with us after hours to finalize paperwork and test driving the car. After looking at 3 other dealerships at a large range of cars, we felt happy walking out with a great deal, perfect car and good team to work with. Thank you!
