They stole several parts from the car while I left the car in their dearship asking for my money back . they kept it for a month . when they returned it , they just left it on my driveway without informing me. when i got out of my house i was shocked to see the car in my driveway with no key and missing parts.. the CEO of the Jaguar Lakeland knows everything because i informed him of the scam thinking he could help me. they have bad , mediocre, rude and disrespectful mechanics,they were unable to detect the car problems.... read more
jaguar Range rover Lakeland is the worst dealership ever. these people scammed me with the worst range Rover ever. they sold me a broke car for a lot of money for a good car. 2 days after buying it , the car broke down , stopped in the street. immediately I called them several times before they pick up the phone to tell to take the car to a garage to fix it. instead I towed the car to them and asked them to give me my money back. they categorically refused and asked to leave the car so they can fix it. these evil people... read more
Lalit Hermajani (always ask for him!!!) -- I went in to purchase a certified used Range Rover. Lalit was extremely helpful from the start, and always available and responding to me within the hour. The negotiation on price went on for about a week, and at the end, Lalit and his team met me at a very fair price while taking in my trade and matching what I had been offered by CarMax. Would have expected more than the cheesy used car salesman tactics from a Jag dealer. They persistently undercut the value of my trade, even fabricated KBB numbers, while simultaneously adding bogus fees and costs to their car. Told one thing by one salesperson only to be told by the next ‘higher up’ salesman that the first one didn’t know what she was talking about and the rules were changed.
