Called Jaguar with a battery issue. Melanie had no hesitation. She fit me in and the wait for them replace the new battery was minimal. They also washed her up before they returned it to me. Melanie always has a smile for me and some conversation. She’s my new best friend! Melanie shined through again. I purchased an F pace back in December ~ Merry Christmas to me ! Our Jaguar is 8 years old and has been serviced at this dealer since new. A recent service for a failed outlet pipe was very expensive. Our service agent Dillon and parts manager Christian help keep our costs down. I was very pleased with the way we were treated. TY D&C :-)
