Dillion is the best service advisor I have ever worked with, and I have owned/driven new Jaguar, Mercedes and BMW for over 25 years, and this is my 7th Jaguar in a row. I've bought/leased new vehicles at dealerships in NJ, PA and DE, but Ft. Myers Jaguar and Dillion most specifically, are fantastic.
Called Jaguar with a battery issue. Melanie had no hesitation. She fit me in and the wait for them replace the new battery was minimal. They also washed her up before they returned it to me.
