Hector Crosby was extremely rude, prepotent, and ignorant. I have never had a bad experience in a dealership. I bought a Mercedes-Benz G-Class at Mercedes dealership in El Paso and had a good experience, as opposed to the Land Rover dealership.

I went to actually buy a jaguar xe today i asked to see it and take a test drive the saleslady said hat she needed to take some information, i said before i give you any info i want to see it first she said i can open the car but if you dont give me the info that im requesting we cant go on a test drive. They pre judge me treated me unfairly so i left, the wordt part was that the manager didn't even care the place was empty i wonder why but any way thank god that gave me the opportunity to buy a BMW 535 happy for me. 30 days for paper work to go through is ridiculous. Been told over and over that it will get done and it hasn't. Only reason I give it a 3 is because my sales person was a doll and I love my LR4 but the overall customer service has not been up to par especially for such a supposed high quality brand name. I got treated better at Viva Dodge then at this place.
