Great purchasing experience with Jake that I returned and purchased a second vehicle a few months later. The vehicle and service department has not been up to par. Second turbo replaced in a three year old vehicle and now they can't figure out the check engine light, going on 7 weeks in the shop.

hands down this dealer ship is seriously the BEST .... amazing customer service ... love the staff & building ... LOVE all the cars ... car needed service & they gave me some pretty nice loaners ... did a two week notice since I do live very far ... but they took very good care of me ... yes some things took longer than usual but they made sure i had a car ... they gave me the exact same car & then gave me an even better one when i had to go again ... five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Here's the deal. I made an appointment to have my Jag XF fixed. Please note the term fixed. I took it in on Monday morning at 8:30 as that was my appointment time. The problem was the engine lite came on and the codes showed it was getting too much air. They went through and replaced a lot of parts they thought were bad. $2400.00 worth and then wanted to change a few more parts for another $615.00 that weren't bad.
