My experience with Jaquar Land Rover Columbia was Fantastic.It was easy scheduling the appointment for serves on my 2006 XJ8L Jaquar. my Service Advisor was Micheal, and Jeff was my Tech in the shop. Jeff did an inspection on my vehicle and noted several issue that needed repaired , along with the normal service. The Jaguar Service is so slack in providing customer service and being honest on when a service is being done. My mom took her car in to get a new key fob made yesterday and Damien Green stated to her it would be $1k and it would take all day. She said ok and they provided her an Uber back to my house. Around 4:55pm I told my mom to text Damien to get a status update since he provided a phone number for her to contact if she has any questions. She texted him and did not get a response. I just wanted to personally thank Damien for taking care of my needs this month. My Jaguar had a check engine light come on. Damien went above and beyond to communicate promptly and accurately about everything that was going on with my vehicle. He worked with my warranty company to get things taken care of from beginning to end. I felt valued and “seen” as a customer throughout this entire process.
