Bull shit excuse for a dealership can’t even get in touch with the parts department to order parts from them it’s rather tragic that they claim to be too busy to cater to their paying customers.
Katherine was my service advisor, and she detailed everything regarding vehicle mile service, and kept me updated via automated text. Very professional and great communications.
