Staff is rude and unprofessional. They do not provide loaner cars as stated on their website. They just tell you that "you are welcome to get yourself an uber". Be sure to check your work order for their rude, juvenile comments. There is nothing 5 star about this place. It's hard to believe this is what Jaguar service has become.

There was a noticeable lack of transparency, compassion, and professionalism throughout the process.
