36 month service. Once again the representative went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. He noticed the hood was not completely secured and the team took the extra time to resolve it - thank you!
I had a good experience here with my vehicle that had a coolant and an engine leak. The price was certainly high, however they got the job done. One thing I would recommend is that the service staff acknowledge anyone that comes in through the door, with eye contact or even a wave or silently mouthing “I’ll be with you shortly” when they are tending to another customer or on the phone. It’s much more inviting. I gave it a 3 Star due to pricing and the comment I made above.
Took the 2023F-Pace SVRin for maintenance and the process was flawless. BJ my Service advisor that day updated me continually showed me pictures of the vehicle and made sure I was informed of the status at all times. Great job thank you you
The service I got was quick and efficient, and my F-Type was beautifully clean when I picked it up. BJ is a fantastic service advisor! He communicates clearly and is very knowledgeable. Top rate all the way around!
