Craig is always prompt in his communication, courteous and accommodating. Waiting area is pleasant and clean. Prices are fair and I’ve never been “sold” more than I need. Car is always cleaned before it’s returned to me. My only suggestion would be coffee or water while you wait, and maybe a charging station.

Charged a 75 year old woman over 15k to "fix" a transmission of a 2006 Jaguar this past January. The car broke down in April. Had it towed back to their shop (their reccomended tow truck operator) only to have them "lose" it for several days. When he did look at it he said not to fix it. It was "too old and not worth it" and to donate it for the tax write-off. Even charged her after he looked at it. Spent 400 to tow it to another shop which fixed it for 736 bucks.
